eM Moves On 10/17/2009
[eM]

Given eM's period of inactivity, we have decided to merge with x_X as a way to boost participation by active members and to form an even stronger team. We are looking forward to moving on with this decision and we can't wait for some awesome games in the future!

The date BiBS is aiming for to launch the CTF Tournament is October 21st (Wednesday), so if your clan wants to participate please contact br1ck/fear_ and idle in #BiBS on irc.gamesurge.net, or visit http://www.bibsql.com/?p=register to register your team. eM's QuakeNight run comes to an end 09/23/2009
[eM]

Elite Mutation's QuakeNight run finally comes to an end with a loss to the very talented negative infuence. The match was an intense battle for a spot in the Losers Bracket Finals against In/Out. With both teams coming out firing, it was an all out brawl and a very fun night of QuakeLive. With eM taking the first map (ctf7) by a score of 3-2, -i was not about to go down without a fight, which is just what they did; fight, and come back to win the next two maps in a very impressive outting. The two wins on ctf2 (3-0) and ctf10 (4-3) gave them the match clencher to grant them a spot in the LB Finals and a very tought next match against In/Out.

GG's to all who played and we can't wait for some more fun and intense games in the future!

QuakeNight's next move 09/16/2009
[eM]

With QuakeNight's all weapons CTF tournament closing in on its concusion, a new iCTF tournament will be starting up shortly. eM is excited to see the new mod being advertised so quickly and we have high hopes for this tournament and the many that are soon to come. With eM's iCTF background, we intend on getting involved in the tournaments soon enough.

Good luck to all of the teams and hopefully we will be able to join in on the competition!

iCTF comes to QuakeLive 08/31/2009
[eM]

Now that InstaCTF has arrived on QuakeLive, eM will be looking to competitively take part in the new mod. Seeing as how iCTF is the mod that eM has played for years, it only seems natural. With the transaction of teams from other versions of Quake to this newly-added QL mod, we look forward to playing some very tough matches in the weeks to come. With that beng said, we will not be dropping our new-found, all weapons competitive mindset, but simply adding on to our "to-do" list. We look forward to the progression of this new mod and we certainly hope it goes much smoother than it did in Quake III.

Quakecon Coverage 08/14/2009
[eM]

It's day 2 of quakecon coverage, and so far there have been some really interesting matchups.  Both djWHEAT and quadv teamed up to cover the professional tournament, and the quakelive.tv crew has been handling some BYOC action as well as various interviews.

The professional coverage thus far consists mostly of dueling, but CTF is sure to get some broadcast time tomorrow.  Be sure to check it out over at djWHEAT's site. Everyone seems to be enjoying the streams thus far. I know these guys are.
